Absolutely fantastic company to work with! I worked with John throughout the process, and let me say he is extremely knowledgeable. Everything about the experience was very professional, from the first conversation, all the way through to completion of the install. John was on top of the process from beginning until the end. He verified that the service was working properly and that the app was communicating with the system. Best of all my panels are properly aligned not all over the place, and he made sure that I had just the right number of panels to supply my home with a sufficient amount of energy. I was tiring of high electric bill’s so I decided this was the right time to go Solar. I took my time to do research and I happy I did. I had a conversation with a guy named Johnny DiDio, he is the owner of Helios Solar. He seemed like a nice enough fellow, very knowledgeable on solar, more so than the other two companies I looked into. The day came for the job. He came on time with his crew and the job began. The site was always clean and the job was done in such a professional manner. I am now on solar and look forward to many years of free electricity. He finished the job, gave me tons of information on solar. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Solar. I never give five stars but I will this time. The time was right. I had an amazing experience working with Helios, an experience that will last a lifetime. From start to finish, the guys at Helios were right there with me, walking me through the paperwork process and they made it all such a smooth and easy task to erect a stand alone solar array that I am already seeing the massive benefits from since the installation. Not to mention all the fun we had which was an added benefit as these guys are great folks and are truly honest and genuine from start to finish.
